Supermodel Bella Hadid admitted to having a nose job after years of speculation. However, the star – whose heritage on her father Mohamed’s side is Palestinian – now regrets the procedure.
“I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors,” she told Vogue about having had the surgery as a young teen. “I think I would have grown into it.”
Fans have blasted Hadid’s mother – former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid – for having allowed her daughter to go under the knife.

2. Khloe Kardashian
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star admitted to having rhinoplasty during an interview to mark the 20th season of the show.
“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant.’ But I’ve had one nose job – Dr Raj Kinodia,” Kardashian told host Andy Cohen. She added that people get upset that she hasn’t been more vocal about her surgery in the past, but said in defence: “No one’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose.”
Kardashian also admitted to having semi-cosmetic procedures. “I’ve done, sure, injections – not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox,” the reality star confessed.

The daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice opened up about her looks on social media in 2020.
“Yes, I got a nose job. Yes, I’m swollen,” she wrote on Instagram. Gia was only 19 at the time.
Giudice revealed that the surgery was something that stemmed from insecurities about her appearance.
“Thank you so much, @drtobiasnyc. I’m absolutely in love with it,” Giudice added. “I am an adult now, this has been an insecurity of mine for a while and I’ve never been happier and so comfortable in my own skin!”

4. RHONJ’s Teresa Giudice

“I don’t know if anybody knows, but I did get the tip of my nose done and I was so nervous about getting it,” Giudice admitted at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo in 2021. “After I did it, it made me feel better.”
5. Kyle Richards
Paris Hilton’s aunt Kyle Richards shared with fans in 2020 that she had altered her look.
“I fixed my nose,” Richards confessed on Instagram Stories. “I broke it last September and the bone poking out bothered me. So, I fixed the bone, fixed my breathing problems and refined the top.”
Richards admitted that her husband was nervous that she might not look like herself after the operation, but said he was “happy with the result”, per People.
“I can breathe so well now, it is a serious game changer for sleeping,” Richards said after the surgery by Dr Vladimir Grigoryants.

“When the thing on the centre of your face changes you’re gonna look different lol. Two years ago, I got my nose fixed,” Cantin wrote on social media at the time. She suggested having rhinoplasty was a bargain compared to spending money on fillers.
The reality star confessed that she wasn’t immediately thrilled after healing from surgery though.
“I had a really hard time adjusting to my new nose, especially the first year. Although my [doctor] is amazing at what he does, it did change my overall look,” Cantin shared. “I had a prominent Italian rounded nose and now I had this perfectly proportioned petite nose. It’s a big adjustment, especially when you live with the same face for 45 years.”

The Friends actress revealed in 2007 that she’d had a deviated septum fixed. “Best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years,” she admitted.
More than 12 years later, The Morning Show star’s publicists shared that she had a second rhinoplasty – this time to correct the first one which was “incorrectly done”.

Aniston’s Friends co-star reshaped her nose too and called the surgery, which took place in her teens, “life altering”.
“I went from, in my mind, hideous, to not hideous,” she told The Saturday Evening Post. “I did it the summer before going to a new high school. So there were plenty of people who wouldn’t know how hideous I looked before. That was a good, good, good change.”

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale is another actress who claims to have undergone nose surgery for medical – not cosmetic – reasons.
“I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose,” she was quoted in 2007, per People.
She wrote in an essay on her blog in 2021: “To be clear, it was not about changing my appearance. After several doctor’s visits about my health issues, they also suggested shaving my ‘bump’ down. I was young and didn’t put much thought into it, so I decided, why not?”

The face of America’s Next Top Model – and 90s supermodel Tyra Banks – hasn’t made any excuses for going under the knife.
“I’m not afraid of plastic surgery and I’m not against it,” Banks told CNN’s Larry King. “I had bones in my nose that were growing and itching,” she wrote in her 2018 memoir Perfect is Boring. “I could breathe fine, but I added cosmetic surgery. I admit it! I feel I have a responsibility to tell the truth.”

The Australian rapper thanked her doctor on social media for her fabulous nose, prompting him to open up about the reason behind her surgery.
“The tip was very twisted and very wide and boxy, so I had to do a lot of tip shaping to narrow and refine her tip without it looking done,” Dr Ashkan Ghavami told People in 2016. “She had a tiny hump that I reduced, and also she was very deviated and had blockage for breathing, so we really killed four birds with one stone.”
