The format is as follows: the clip begins with someone in it doing a potentially normal activity as the synth swells of "Astronomia" by Vicetone and Tony Igy play in the background.
Just as the song climaxes and the beat drops, the person in the video ends up in a situation that absolutely must have ended in death, and we cut to the Ghanaian pallbearers carrying a coffin assumed to be for the video's protagonist as they dance to "Astronomia."
