It was revealed on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, that Bergie will take part in the fifth season of the Peacock reality dating series Love Island USA. On Bergie’s Instagram, his aunt also announced the exciting news, writing: “Cheering for Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen! Bergie’s family and friends are behind him! Bergie’s aunt will be posting on his behalf so that you may support this amazing young man as he makes his way through Love Island USA.
On Tuesday, July 18, Peacock broadcast the start of Love Island USA season 5. On Day One, Islanders Destiny Davis, Vickala Gray, Kassy Castillo, Jasmine Sklavanitis, Leonardo Dionicio, Marco Donatelli, Keena Anunay, Victor Gonzalez, and Anna Kurdys also entered the Fijian villa with Bergie.
