The Overwatch League has allowed the player base in Overwatch to claim their fandom for the teams in the league. Fans either became a fan of the team due to the location of the team, the players on the team, or more commonly, the color scheme of the team.
One fan on Reddit decided to repaint a Tracer figurine with the colors of the London Spitfire. Redditor /u/toblerone1982 disassembled the figure to repaint all of the pieces.

Basically, the Tracer figure is being repainted with the London Spitfire home team skin from in-game. The figure itself was painted in the original Tracer skin, but the fan had to disassemble the parts to get the paint on the individual pieces. The pieces needed to dry before being put back together.
This isn't the first time fans created something related to an Overwatch hero. The repainting process seemed to be tedious, but in the end he did it. The colors came out wonderfully well and it looks like a spitting image of the London Spitfire skin.
