She later earned a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and States University in 2016. From 2012 to 2016, Frances was a four-year member of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and States University Women’s Tennis Team and an active member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity.
