Helen Zwicker Obituary, Death – Helen E. (Wilczenski) Zwicker, 75 years old, a resident of Salem, Massachusetts, passed away suddenly at the Salem hospital on January 17, 2024, after a brief bout with illness.She was a devoted wife to Kenneth C. Zwicker, with whom she held a marriage that lasted for fifty-seven years.She was the daughter of Stephen A. Wilczenski and Doris E. Wilczenski, both of whom passed away, and was born in Lynn. She was raised in Salem.

After completing her high school education at Salem High, she accepted a position as a sales clerk at the Almy’s Department store, which was located in Salem.After that, she had a brief stint working for the Salem Laundry.Helen worked for Rich’s in Salem as a cashier and in bookkeeping for a number of years. After the store closed, she began working at NECX in the data entry department.

The Home Depot was Helen’s most recent place of employment, and she remained there until she retired. Her family was the most important thing in Helen’s life, but she also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, playing bingo, and taking care of their dogs.In addition to her husband Kenneth, she is survived by her two sons, Richard A Zwicker and his wife Leigh-Andrea Zwicker of Salem, and Kenneth S. Zwicker and his wife Roxie Zwicker of Maine. She is also survived by her granddaughter Elizabeth H. Zwicker of Beverly.

On Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 9 to 11 o’clock, friends and family are invited to attend her visitation at the Levesque Funeral Home, which is located at 163 Lafayette Street, Salem Route 114/1A. This will be followed by her funeral ceremony, which will take place at 11:15 o’clock in the funeral home.She will then be laid to rest at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Salem after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you please consider making a donation in her honour to the Northeast Animal Shelter located at 347 Highland Avenue in Salem.
