How to Get Female Midas

Marigold, the female counterpart of Midas, has officially debuted in Fortnite as part of the Golden Touch Challenge pack.

Fortnite fans likely remember Midas, the "golden boy" of Chapter 2, Season 5. Based on the myth centered around a man of the same name, Midas was originally released as a male reactive skin that progressively turned gold with each elimination he got. He also had the ability to turn every weapon in his possession gold—though this didn't change their quality.

It appears Marigold shares those same traits. So, how can players get her?

How to Get Female Midas in Fortnite

Marigold's bundle, the Golden Touch Challenge Pack, can be bought for $10.99 USD off the Item Shop and/or their respective platform store. It includes Marigold's reactive skin, her Golden Dagger harvesting tools, Golden Gambit back bling, and 1500 V-Bucks. Players also get access to her challenge—rewarding them V-Bucks upon completion.

Her challenge is simple: complete a certain number of Uncommon or rarer quality quests for an appropriate reward. This pattern continues for five days and, thanks to credible Fortnite informant iFireMonkey, we know exactly how this will play out:

• Complete 6 tasks—100 V-Bucks
• Complete 12 tasks—200 V-Bucks
• Complete 18 tasks—300 V-Bucks
• Complete 24 tasks—400 V-Bucks
• Complete 30 tasks—500 V-Bucks

At the end, players should have all 1500 V-Bucks, along with the new cosmetics.
