How to Get Training Points in Madden 20

The best way to earn training points is by completing the Missions under the "Welcome to Ultimate Team" tab. Another point farm is NFL Epics’ game mode, which can be difficult and a bit of a slog, but worth the time. You can also earn Epic player cards and sell them for more points.

So make sure you don't waste any training points as they're scarce at times. Choose your players and stick with them.
