Vehicle mods are finally available in Fortnite Season 6. You can now alter a vehicle's tires to give it a better off-road experience with Chonkers.

How to Mod Vehicles in Fortnite

The Chonkers vehicle modification in Fortnite allows players to get better grip with their vehicles while driving off road, as well as climb steep surfaces such as mountains

To use these new modifications, you have to follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Catty Corner Garage.
  2. Enter the new Garage Building where Sparkplug spawns.
  3. Look around the ground for the Chonkers tires
  4. Pick them up and head outside to look for a car.
  5. Hold aim and then throw the Chonkers directly at the car.

Once you throw the Chonkers, they will automatically equip on the car, and you can now take your vehicle off-road with ease as well as climb steep mountains for aerial advantage on your enemies.

Epic Games is expected to release more vehicle modifications throughout Season six, with some leakers suggesting Mounted Guns to be coming for vehicles soon, so stay tuned for news updates on that. There's a lot to look forward to with Vehicles in Fortnite.
