WILTON MANORS — A 55-year-old woman was raped in her home early on Saturday by a man who entered her townhouse through an open second-story window, police said.
The woman was asleep in her bedroom when the man entered her room at 3:52 a.m., assaulted her and tied her up, police said.
He demanded money and fled with an undetermined amount of cash, police said. The investigation is continuing.
The woman was treated at the Sexual Assault Treatment Center in Fort Lauderdale, police said.
