Is Hades on Xbox Game Pass?
Roguelike RPG Hades has finally made its way to Xbox. The acclaimed dungeon crawler was first released back in September 2020 for Windows, MacOS, and Nintendo Switch. Now, after much demand, players can delve into Hades on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
Players take control of Zagreus, the son of Hades, as he battles to escape the Underworld and make his way to Mount Olympus. Rooms are randomized and populated with various enemies and rewards but, as is the essence of roguelikes, death is permanent and you'll be sent right back to the start to attempt the run again. Death isn't a failure, though. The narrative uses it as a tool for progression with each run opening up new stories and challenges.
