Luigi’s Mansion 3 8F : Paranormal Productions has six hidden, film reel-shaped gems. In this guide, we’ll show you their map locations and how to find them all throughout the level.

On every floor, gems appear in the same order from left to right in the menu: clear, red, blue, green, purple, and finally yellow. We’ll follow the same order below.

8F STUDIO 3: FIRE SET [CLEAR GEM]

Look for the bicycle with the bundle on it in the upper right corner of the room. Suck the bundle to reveal a crystal ghost. Defeat the ghost, and you'll get the 8F clear gem.

8F STUDIO ENTRANCE [RED GEM]

Use your plunger to move the potted plant in the bottom left corner of the room, and then suck up the left corner of the carpet. Underneath, you’ll find the 8F red gem.

8F BACKSTAGE [BLUE GEM]

After you light the torch, bring the torch to the backstage room, and head to the upper left corner.

Climb up the short ladder and stand on the lift. Use Gooigi and the Poltergust on the flywheel on the lift to push Luigi up to the rafters.

All the way on the other side of the rafters (or lighting rigs), you’ll see a large block of ice. Pick it up or knock it off. Then suck it up, and hold it over the torch. When it melts, you’ll get the 8F blue gem.

8F STUDIO 4: MICRO SET [GREEN GEM]

Enter studio 4, and walk left into the large room. The 8F green gem is in a gigantic glass bottle, and Gooigi can ooze inside.

8F ELEVATOR HALL [PURPLE GEM]

In the room just outside the elevator, suck at the helicopter hanging from the ceiling. One of its doors will open, and the 8F purple gem will pop out.

Suck up the ball on the left side of the film reel on the front middle of the desk. Hit A, and that’ll open a secret compartment behind the desk. Become Gooigi, and walk through the fence-like barrier behind the counter to collect the 8F yellow gem.
