A man is being sought following the robbery of a TD Bank branch, according to Boynton Beach police.
The robbery happened shortly before 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the TD Bank at 1601 W. Boynton Beach Boulevard.
According to police, a man went into the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. He put an undisclosed amount of cash into a light blue backpack and left the bank, running toward Winchester Park Boulevard.
The robber is described as about 6-feet, 1-inch tall with a slim build. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a blue-and-white horizontal-striped shirt, blue cargo shorts, a dark baseball cap, sunglasses and white sneakers.
