Marc Summers is a veteran American comedian and tv personality currently working for Nickelodeon as the host of Double Dare and also Unwrapped for Food Network.

Summers covers the sweeter things in life on Unwrapped and as a judge and host of Ultimate Recipe Showdown. He is also the executive producer for both  Restaurant: Impossible and Dinners: Impossible for Food Network.

He serves for Food Network as the host of the Unwrapped tv program and the show reveals the true origin of some sponsored foods. The show has a Trivia Unwrapped, a spin-off, and a revival series, Unwrapped 2.0, which started airing in February 2015 and the show contains 22 seasons with 341 episodes.

After his graduation, Summers served as a radio DJ and a stand-up comedian. In 1986, Marc joined Nickelodeon as the host of Double Dare. After two years, in 1988 the show moved to prime time as Fox Family Double Dare. The show was popular and it led to other shows like 1991 What Would You Do? and 1989 Couch Potatoes.

He also appeared on tv talk shows from the late 1980s and early 1990s and had a stint on television’s Home Show. After the Double Dare’s cancellation in 1993, Marc moved to Lifetime as co-host of Our Home. Summers left the show to join the Biggers & Summers Lifetime talk show.
