My students have a love and passion for learning and come to school excited to achieve their goals. I teach 1st Grade in a Title 1 (low income) school and many of my students are learning English as their second language and many access English only in the school setting. They are eager to learn and overcome challenges. We are a caring family who strive to show each other respect, love and encouragement to those in and out of our classroom through our actions and our words. My students excitement for learning makes my job the best!
