My third grade classroom is transforming from a traditional classroom of instruction to a technology-infused classroom of collaboration and exploration. At my school, students have a rich curriculum involving the core subjects as well as PE, and Guidance. In the summer, we offer enrichment opportunities such as code, music, art, language classes, to name a few! My third graders do their best to share the few of student tech that we have. Through our tech, students publish ebooks, assess their own work and more. All of our school's students are eager to learn and have great potential. Our students deserve to learn skills they can apply in their technology-rich futures and careers. I feel that providing opportunities for students to work with age-appropriate technology helps our students become better learners and gives them the foundations for a tech-infused future.
