Fishing seminar: The Miramar Cultural Trust presents “Art of Fishing” from 6:30-8:30 p.m. April 10 at the Miramar Cultural Center. Speakers are Andy Ansin of the International Underwater Spearfishing Association, who has had 10 IUSA records; Capt. Tony DiGiulian, who runs the IGFA School of Sportfishing; and George Poveromo, the host of “George Poveromo’s World of Saltwater Fishing.” A question and answer session will follow. Owls results: Luke Campbell and Wayne Loring caught 24.94 pounds of fish Friday night to win the Night Owls bass tournament out of Everglades Holiday Park. Tim and Andrew Celesti were second at 24.48. Scott Bumgarner and Jeff Bloom were third at 24.33. Lem and Mike Lempkins had the big bass at 6.43. The next tournament is April 25. Entry fee is $70.
