Artist Jerrick C. designed an amazing Moira art piece that showcased the new Banshee Moira skin from the Overwatch Halloween Terror event.
The artist took the piece a step further and added skull designs to parts of the Banshee Moira skin, like the Biotic Grasp coming from both her hands, and the energy flowing around her shoulders.
The legendary Moira skin is only available for the Overwatch Halloween Terror event and will be unobtainable after the event ends on Halloween. It is priced at 3,000 credits in-game, but players have a chance to get it for free through opening loot boxes. Should Halloween Terror return in 2019, which most likely will happen given the pattern of events, the skin will be available at a discounted price of 1,000 credits.
Halloween Terror will end on Halloween.
