Red Dead Online chanterelle challenges have been giving some players trouble — but we've got you covered. We've figured out the best locations to find chanterelles quickly.
Red Dead Online Chanterelle Locations
Chanterelles are used for a few gathering challenges, and they can be used as ingredients in Potent Herbivore Bait. They only sell for $0.25, so you won't be making bank off of them, but they're fairly useful.
You can generally find Chanterelles in grassy or wooded areas in New Hanover or Lemoyne, but here are a couple of specific locations that have good results.
The first location we recommend is the forested area East of Mattock Pond. Keep an eye out for yellow patches in the grass. Chanterelles usually appear in clusters, so you should be able to net three to four of them at once.
The second location is just on the West side of Ringneck Creek, just South of Eris Field. Again, once you're in the woods you should be able to spot some yellow patches of Chanterelles to stock up on.
