Risk of Rain 2 teleporter is an essential part of the gameplay experience. It can also be quite difficult to spot in its current iteration. Here's why the teleporter is important, and how to spot it in-game.

Risk of Rain 2 Teleporter: What it's For, How to Spot it
Risk of Rain 2 teleporters are the only way players can move from one level to the next. Passing through the teleporter lets players find the boss and continue their run. Much of the game is basically unplayable without them.
Which is why players are so frustrated with how hard to spot teleporters can be. The teleporters themselves look like dark, giant rib bones poking up out of the ground. In some of Risk of Rain 2's darker environments, this makes them very hard to notice.
The only redeeming factors here are that a small inverted arch symbol can be seen above the teleporter and that players can ping the teleporter's location to their teammates. Until Hoopoo Games takes action, that's the best players can do.
