Just after 6 PM on December 26th, pandemonium broke out when the sound of gunfire rang through the packed shopping center. According to Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz, a 15-year-old male shot himself in the leg while inside the mall’s bustling food court. The bullet then ricocheted, gravely wounding a 15-year-old female bystander as well.
