Since 2014, the team has managed to double their net worth with three World Championship victories on top of overwhelming regular season and tournament success. Setting the standard for top teams, SKT have become a legacy in the realm of League of Legends and esports. The numbers speak for themselves. 

With their three World Championships and six LCK titles, it's no wonder SKT T1 is the most lucrative League of Legends team. 

Maintaining consistent success at SKT's level is by no means easy, nor is it cheap. It's rumored that SKT's Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok is salaried at over $2 million, which is a price any team wished they could pay for the undisputed best League player in the world.
