Cobia taradito with avocado, crispy hominy and popped cornaji amarillo chili, cilantro and lime. Stiltsville Fish Bar in the Sunset Harbour area of Miami Beach has Southern and Miami influences including spoon bread with lobster, heirloom tomatoes with pimento-cheese croquette, spicy fish "wings," and a surf-and-turf burger with lobster. The chefs, Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth, recently got engaged on ABC's "The Chew," and Booth was honored as a semifinalist in the 2018 James Beard Awards in the category rising star chef (under 30).
