A Texas-based company has been hired to manage, lease and redevelop Glades Plaza, a shopping center across from Town Center at Boca Raton.
Trademark Property Co. was tapped by L&B Realty Advisors to revamp the 182,704-square-foot plaza, which is already home to restaurant and brewery Brewzzi, a Starbucks, Relax the Back and several other shops.
Chief executive Terry Montesi said Trademark will start a strategic planning process and work toward a long-term plan that will guide future redevelopment efforts.
Glades Plaza is at 2200 Glades Road in Boca Raton.
