Where to Find the Sky Bullies in Borderlands 3

Sky Bullies in Borderlands 3 are a specific pair of enemies players must hunt down to complete Zer0's Target of Opportunity missions. They are one of 10 Targets of Opportunity, each with their own unique properties. Here's where to find the Sky Bullies in your quest to rid the universe of Atlas' Most Wanted.

The Sky Bullies are two unique Tinks that fly around using fire-powered jetpacks. Because of their high armor, they're particularly vulnerable to corrosive weaponry. During the fight, the Bullies will attempt to slam down on top of you and create a pool of fire.

The Sky Bullies can be found in Anvil. Progress through the area as normal. Then, rather than continue to where the Warden spawns, turn around and head to the opposite side of the area. You should find paths leading to the Sky Bullies.
