Cyberpunk 2077 Skippy Location: Where to Find the Talking Pistol

To reach Skippy, you'll need to be in Act 2 of the game. The higher your level, the better Skippy's stats will be when you find it.

Once you're in Act 2, head to Vista del Rey — specifically an alley roughly in the center of the neighborhood. Look for an undiscovered quest there. That quest will appear on the body of a dead NPC, and Skippy will be sitting beside the corpse.

When you pick up Skippy, you'll have to go through some dialogue before the gun asks if you want it to fire in Stone-cold Killer mode or Puppy-loving Pacifist mode. The gun will remain deadly either way, as the choice determines only whether it will aim exclusively for enemy heads or for enemy's lower extremities.

Skippy will automatically switch to the opposite of whatever you've chosen after you've killed 50 enemies with it. The only way to prevent it from switching at all is to choose Puppy-loving Pacifist and explain your choice by telling Skippy that killing is wrong.

After using the gun long enough, Skippy will tell you it used to be owned by Regina Jones. Return the gun to her and she'll reward you with eddies.
